CAN I RETURN A FIREARM?
If your item was shipped and you find out it is damaged immediately contact us and ship it to us so we can reinstate the condition of the product. In any case, you receive a different item from what you ordered, then it is on us we will take care of that and all the expenses to reship the item to your address.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS IN STOCK?
The inventory and availability of products on topguns is real-time and reflects what is in stock at the moment. Once a product is out of stock, the “Add to Cart” option will no longer be available.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
After an order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details by checking your email. Once your package has shipped, there will be a tracking number available that you can use on another website depending on which carrier shipped your package.
WILL MY PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY?
It solely depends on you. if you are available at the delivery time and you wish to sign on the package it’s on you. we usually prefer a simple drop and leave delivery by the delivery agent
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA?
Yes we do ship outside of the USA. We do ship across the globe.
